- Easter communion service at our chapel in the village
- Helping out at another service a few miles away
- Roast lamb, mint sauce and new potatoes with fresh veg for lunch, with UJ here to share it with us
- More relatives visiting this afternoon - UJ's brother and his family
- Another sunny day, but more bearable in terms of heat
- Making chocolate self-saucing pudding for the gang for their tea
- Lewis - although it was the last in the series
- Resting!

I've just looked through your blog and found the self-saucing chocolate pudding recipe. It looks great! I'm definitely going to give that a go.
I made the pudding today and, according to my eldest, it was "absolutely delicious"! Thanks for the idea!
So pleased to hear that it went down well with your family too - this lot argue over the leftovers!!
I occasionally make it with gluten free flour, vegan margerine and omit the milk, and then I can eat it too. If I leave out the half-cup of milk, I put in an extra egg, and it still seems to work fine. Can't remember which version I posted originally, but hey, it tastes good!
