The other end of the day

My eyes are on matchsticks and my feet ache!

I have had to send a couple of emails, but I am off to get in the bath and head to bed now. Night all!

Dynamic, motivational and fair to staff is my dream head.
It is a tough job..uneasy lies the head that wears the crown..but in my humble opinion (as a senior manager) no one should do the job if they lack commitment and those qualities.

You sound like you are doing a brilliant job!
