Balls

Juggling balls, that is!

Cleaning, laundry, chickens, school governing, gymnastics, being a mum, church work and service preparation, paperwork and finances, doing the new job, and finding a few minutes for knitting or reading...and being me.

There isn't always time for everything, and I begin to feel a bit overwhelmed at the responsibility of it all this last weekend.

Feeling a wee bit down. Knew it would come. Will get through it.  Back soon x

Yes you will GET through it. Life is overwhelming sometimes but Romans 8:38 remains true xx

I feel for you, and you are in my prayers.
Doing a lot of stuff gets me down, and I don't have that extra burden of grief, at the moment.
Be kind to yourself x

I'm told the trick is to get the balls in the right order - if you work out how please let me me know. Replace chickens and gymnastics with new house and too many kids clubs and our lists are almost identical. Also feeling overwhelmed at the moment which is why I'm finishing the "day job" at 12.30 am! Anyway, rambling, sorry! Please don't feel alone in the juggle :) God is in charge of the balls and will even pick them up with you should some drop. Much love and prayers, Rachel xx
PS I've been reading your blog for a while now and think you are one pretty amazing lady :D

Thinking of you - you're doing a brilliant job and you will get there. Not the same, I Know, but we've had a bad spell recently and then my husband fell off the top of a ladder at the weekend and spent the day in hospital. They were considering surgery but thankfully decided against it but hoping once the stitches are removed there is no permanent damage. It made me realise that life can change in a split second. Even though he isn't able to do much at least I have the support of him being there and I do feel for you. Doing this on your own must be a huge responsibility but you're a fantastic mum. Take care xx

Thank you all for your love and hugs. You guys are amazing and hold me up. I'm doing OK, although I seem to be close to tears a lot of the time right now. I'll be back soon - take care of yourselves xx

Hello Morgan, I so know where you are especially being close to tears a lot of the time. I did not take "time to grieve" especially in those early days when there seems a never ending list of stuff to be done and as you say it is so often overwhelming. Please take care and be gentle on yourself. You are doing amazingly well, sending you lots of love and a big hug.
