Excuse me
We heard yesterday that Ofsted are coming to the school later this week. My first inspection as Chair of Governors. A little intimidating. Quite scary. Lots to read up on and remember all of a sudden. Staff feeling a little queasy in places. Nervous smiles. Late nights.
Lots and lots and lots and lots of hugs. Also prayer already on their way for your training in the church and I'll add in prayers for you at school. I KNOW you have never done less than your best and I bet a lot more than expected so you have nothing to worry about. Good luck WSx
I was in the same position as you in February, and I was almost as nervous as the teachers! If possible, take a crowd of governors with you. Even hardened inspectors find that intimidating! Lots of prayers from me too.
