And these things work together - if I give myself sufficient mental space, I will sleep better, and that in turn will help me remember to eat properly !Allegrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10659272760020328452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2493748718507781603.post-39523450789202558742014-06-04T18:07:12.453+01:002014-06-04T18:07:12.453+01:00I am a carer to my husband and eating healthy losi...I am a carer to my husband and eating healthy losing weight and exercise work for me.I run, walk and yoga and it really helps me to cope with all the problems we face daily. You all are in my prayers xxWelsh Poppyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16352517492013275021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2493748718507781603.post-6408679490739551272014-06-04T11:31:02.567+01:002014-06-04T11:31:02.567+01:00I'm rubbish at this but somehow getting headsp...I'm rubbish at this but somehow getting headspace for yourself for me is vital. Remember this is coming from a lifelong exercise avoider and PE hater at school :) I started with the NHS couch to 5K programme http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/couch-to-5k.aspx. Running has transformed both my body (there are muscles now!) but just as important and one of the main reasons i have kept going is the time it gives me to escape from life and clear my head. All you need is a decent pair of trainers and a decent sports bra :) to get started. At least there aren't many hills where you are.

Hugs from all of us up northVaris Creationshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04052855053544345861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2493748718507781603.post-53267237976971868462014-06-04T00:00:40.192+01:002014-06-04T00:00:40.192+01:00`I m not sure i am much help but I understand your...`I m not sure i am much help but I understand your dilemma I am 45 with a husband of 61 so expect to have a similar problem at some point. It becomes so easy to snatch the easiest junkiest food around but you need to eat right.
Keep a routine going, where possible.
Get out of the house whenever you can.
Accept help whenever it's offered, be it for the girls, Fh or yourself.
Be as Normal as possible for as long as possible.
Remember, too, that people say strange and often horrible things when they are in pain, but it isn't them talking, it's the pain.
Forgive easily and love him lots, which I know you will.
Hope this helpsKim @ Him, Him Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09566674565055851455noreply@blogger.com
